To carry out our mission, and based on our values, we characterize our organization by the optimization, the capability of commited management and participation.
Plataforma Educativa watches to ensure and improve continously the quality, the environmental management and the Safety and Health at Work in all processes and services in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 norms, as well as to fulfill the legal requirements established in these areas.
For this reason, Plataforma Educativa assumes the following 11 commitments:
1.- Focus action oriented towards the Person and the Community; particularly the most vulnerable groups, ensuring human rights.
2.- Work to achieve our customer's maximum satisfaction, responding to their needs and requirements while developing our services of attention and care.
3.- Making human capital an instrument of action, ensuring and promoting equality. Ensuring the continuous improvement of working conditions based on stability, equitative compensation, reconciliation, safety and health at work. It will enhance the development of the professional project, through training and promotion.
4.- Managing with quality and respect for the environment, and following our code of ethics, ensuring the achievement of objectives, functionality of the various committees and operability.
5.- Work pro-actively to reduce the negative environmental impact and promote the beneficial one, reducing, reusing and recycling resources, minimizing energy and material consumption.
6.- Use and promotion of best practices and management communication in order to work towards sustainability, diversifying the sources of funding and resources, managing them rigorously, optimization and complementarity in order to get maximum performance with the least action, impacting positively the environment.
7.- Convert suppliers into strategic partners, complementary to our action, who promote local action.
8.- To make from finances a tool for optimization and propagation of the action developed.
9.- Making of research a resource generation instrument, that might enable our purposes.
10.- Create communication, reflection and opinion systems that facilitate participation, socialization and transmission of our action, creating and participating in networks and organizations that enable it.
11.- Work from innovation and complementarity as axes of our work, facilitating participation and evaluation of proposals.
